1. Personal data operator

The operator of personal data is Ekaterina Stanislavovna Dementyeva, an individual operating under the brand Concrete Passion, Moscow, Russia.

2. The website does not collect personal data

The website has no forms for entering your name, contact details or delivery address. You provide this information yourself in correspondence if it is needed for your order.

Your cart is stored in your browser (localStorage) – you can clear it by deleting the site’s data in your browser settings. When you use the “Message us on Telegram” button, the link sends Telegram only the product numbers from your cart, without your name, contact details or delivery address. After you press Start in the bot, it uses these numbers to prepare the order details and sends them to Ekaterina.

We do not collect payment or bank card data: no payments are made on the website.

3. Web analytics

To collect anonymised visit statistics, the website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia), including its “Webvisor” feature. Metrica uses cookies and collects technical data about your visit (device and browser type, referral source, actions on pages) in anonymised form – this data does not allow us to identify you and is used only to analyse and improve the website.

Metrica data is processed in the Russian Federation. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a Yandex.Metrica opt-out tool.

4. If you contact us yourself

We discuss orders and questions by correspondence on Telegram or by email. You can open the conversation using links on the website. In such correspondence you tell us only what you choose to – usually your name, a contact, and the address of a pickup point for shipping your parcel.

The bot relays messages between you and Ekaterina but does not store names or order details in its database (KV). Only service identifiers and timestamps are used to deliver replies and reminders. Messages remain in the Telegram conversation.

We use this information solely to agree on and fulfil your order: to get in touch with you, discuss the details and ship the piece. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties other than the delivery service (CDEK or Ozon) to the extent needed for shipping, and do not use it for advertising.

The legal basis is performance of a contract with you and your consent, expressed by the very act of contacting us (Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

Correspondence is kept no longer than needed to fulfil the order and related obligations, and in any case no longer than 3 years from your last contact. At your request we will delete it earlier.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Obtain information about what data of yours we hold
• Request that it be corrected or deleted
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time
