How it works

Enquiry

Write to us on Telegram or by email and describe what you have in mind. Send references and photos of your space in the message.

Agreement

We’ll reply within 24 hours. We’ll discuss the details, confirm the dimensions and choose the finish and colour.

Production

We cast, sand and coat each piece. It takes from 14 days, depending on the piece.

Delivery

We wrap every piece in bubble wrap and place it in a rigid box with filler. We ship through CDEK or Ozon.

How to order

There is no form on the site: message us directly, it’s quicker. Tell us what you’d like: the type of piece, approximate dimensions, colour and the date you need it by. Send photo references straight in the message.

We’ll reply within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is due once the details are agreed, with the balance paid before dispatch. What happens to the data in our correspondence is described in the privacy policy.

Yes. The standard shades are milk white, light sand, smoky grey, graphite grey, wine red and frosted eucalyptus. If you need another colour, we work with pigments and will do our best to match your request. We confirm the final shade once we receive your enquiry.
Yes, within what the technique allows. Lamps are limited by the type of glass block. We’ll confirm this when we agree the details.
Once the details are agreed, we send an invoice for a 50% deposit, payable by transfer through SBP, the Russian Faster Payments System. The balance is paid before dispatch.
We pack every piece with several layers of protection. If you find damage on arrival, photograph the parcel with the courier present, before opening it. We will arrange compensation or a recast.
Yes. We work with design studios, architects and companies. We can make a series of identical pieces or different objects in a single style. Get in touch and we’ll discuss the terms.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasives. We include specific care instructions with every piece.
